This is fly, dude. What tools do you need to make such a thing?
Herr Schmonz, the files come to me as ESRI .shp files, before conversion into AutoCAD DWGs. Then I re-draw the files (basically), export them to Illustrator for better color and shading, and then save them as .psd and .jpg. The only exception is the contours, which I copied in illustrator on a tablet, because the .shp, which I got from DC’s GIS service was a wreck.
